PREPARING YOUR ENQUIRY
What should we understand first?
- Your current sales, inventory, finance and operational processes
- Team size, locations and user permissions
- Current software, integrations and data migration needs
Technology
Choose a business system by the processes it needs to support. Tell us how your team currently works and where information is being repeated or lost.

PREPARING YOUR ENQUIRY
AGREEING THE SCOPE
Describe how enquiries become orders, how stock is tracked, how invoices are issued and which reports management needs. Identify branches, warehouses, user roles and approval steps. This helps distinguish essential requirements from features that can be introduced later.
List the software and spreadsheets already in use, the quality of the data and the systems that need to connect. Agree which records will be migrated, how balances or inventory will be checked and who will approve the results. Integration and data clean-up should have explicit scope.
An implementation quotation should identify configuration, testing, training, access controls and support. Clarify subscription charges, hosting, backups and ownership of the data. Define a phased rollout and acceptance criteria so the team can confirm that the agreed workflows work before relying on the system.
Not necessarily. Start with the workflows that solve the main operational problems and scope future phases separately.
Only the agreed data and migration tasks should be assumed included. Record formats, clean-up and validation responsibilities in the quote.
