A clear process
From business enquiry to an agreed quotation
Start with a clear description of your business need. Our enquiry and quotation process helps you understand the scope before moving forward.

1. Tell us what you need
For company setup, describe the activity, customers, preferred location and visa count. For an existing business, name the service and any relevant deadline. Give contact details so the team can clarify the request; sensitive documents are not needed in the initial enquiry.
2. Define the scope and review the quote
A specialist reviews your request and may ask for more information. Your quotation should identify the work, line-item costs, exclusions, validity and terms. Use the private quotation link to review the proposal and record your decision. Ask for a revision if the requirements or scope change.
3. Coordinate the agreed work
Acceptance records your response to the quotation. Payment, document collection and commencement arrangements must follow the agreed terms. Keep a copy of the accepted scope and clarify which milestones depend on you, the service team or a third party. Authority, banking and credit decisions are made independently.
Questions customers ask
Does submitting the form commit me to a paid service?
The initial enquiry starts a scope discussion. Review the quotation and its terms before accepting any proposed work.
What if I need changes to the quotation?
Discuss the changes with the team before acceptance so a revised scope can be prepared.
