Tell us the company jurisdiction, applicant relationship to the business, current location and existing residence status. State whether the request concerns a new application, renewal or another change. Do not assume that purchasing a licence automatically completes an individual visa process.
Distinguish allocation from processing
A package may describe how many visa applications a facility or arrangement can support. Actual applicant processing is a separate question. Ask which immigration file services, application steps, status-related work, medical or identity-document arrangements are included and which charges are payable separately.
Agree a realistic coordination scope
Required records and processing steps depend on the company, applicant and relevant authority. Ask who will prepare documents, coordinate appointments and communicate additional requests. Residence approval and processing times are determined by the authorities; support cannot guarantee the result or an unconditional completion date.
