PREPARING YOUR ENQUIRY
What should we understand first?
- Site location, dimensions and intended placement
- Brand artwork, materials and lighting preferences
- Building rules, permissions and installation access
Business identity
Create signage that fits your premises, brand and practical installation requirements. Start with the location and dimensions, then agree the design and materials.

PREPARING YOUR ENQUIRY
AGREEING THE SCOPE
Tell us whether the sign is indoors or outdoors, its proposed location and how it will be mounted. Building management conditions, landlord permissions and relevant local approval requirements may affect the design. Confirm who is responsible for permissions before production begins.
Discuss dimensions, lettering, finishes, lighting and visibility. Supply the current logo and exact wording, and identify the languages required. Where a site measurement or survey is needed, make sure it is explicitly included in the quotation.
Ask whether the proposal covers design, fabrication, transport, access equipment, electrical work and installation. Set a proof approval stage before production and identify any access restrictions. The completion date depends on the confirmed scope, approvals, site readiness and production arrangements.
Only if the quote explicitly includes the relevant permission work. Approval responsibility should be agreed before manufacture.
An initial discussion can use approximate dimensions, but final production specifications need to be confirmed.
